2020

•  TELLING IT LIKE IT IS FEB 2020 - FLORIDA   Dr. Hickman will be one of the faculties to teach a course on Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS), the cataract extraction procedure at the "Cataract Surgery - Telling it like it is " meeting. 

2019

• MSICS COURSE JUNE 2019 – LONDON  Dr. Hickman will teach a course on Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS), the cataract extraction procedure at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in London, UK
• Celebrating World Sight Day 2019 on October 10th, Thursday by offering free clinic for county's uninsured 

2018

• Dr. Hickman's office moved to Lawrence and Lenexa!

• Initiating the Vision 2020 Links program in the United States in collaboration with the International Center for Eye Health (ICEH)
• October 2nd- Official opening of the new ophthalmology practice in Olathe, Kansas!
